At Swaraksha Fashion, we are committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently. Please review our shipping guidelines below.

Order Processing & Fulfillment

All orders are processed from our main store location in Overland Park, Kansas.

Processing Times

• Orders placed before 3:00 PM Central Time (CT) are shipped the same business day.
• Orders placed after 3:00 PM CT ship the next business day.
• Standard processing time: 1–2 business days.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
• Processing times may be extended during peak seasons or holidays.
  

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping & Delivery

We currently offer Standard Shipping within the United States.

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order details.
• Estimated delivery time: 3-12 business days after processing.
• Carriers may include USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on destination and service availability.
• We ship to all 50 U.S. states.
  

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, holidays, or carrier-related delays.

Shipping Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

• Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses may not be eligible for refund.
  
• If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, return shipping costs may be deducted from any applicable refund.
  
• Reshipment requires additional shipping payment.
  

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately. Changes can only be made if the order has not yet shipped.

Risk of Loss & Delivery Issues

All orders become the responsibility of the shipping carrier once they are picked up from our fulfillment center.

Swaraksha Fashion is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package is lost or marked delivered but not received, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date so we can assist you with initiating a carrier investigation.

PO Boxes & Military Addresses

• We ship to PO Boxes via USPS.
• APO/FPO military addresses are accepted.
• Some shipping options may vary depending on location.
  

Free In-Store Pickup

Customers may select Store Pickup at checkout at no additional charge.

How It Works:

1. Select “Store Pickup” during checkout.
2. Your order will be prepared within 1–2 hours (during store hours).
3. You will receive a pickup notification email when your order is ready.
4. Bring a valid ID and order confirmation for pickup.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within the United States only.
International shipping is not available at this time.

Q: When will my order ship?
A: Orders placed before 3 PM CT ship the same day. After 3 PM ships next business day.

Q: Do you offer overnight shipping?
A: Yes! Select Express shipping for 1-3 day delivery depending on your location.

Q: Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
A: Contact us immediately at (913) 217-7966. We can change it if the order hasn't shipped yet.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently we only ship within the United States. International shipping coming soon!
